Next Cohort 07/2022

Week 1

During the first week, we will identify and define your true desires, turning them into short-term and long-term goals (they can be both personal and professional). For this, we will use various models and tools to create a step-by-step program leading to our goal. It will promote identification with the "best" version of you, who is capable of achieving anything, more specifically, has that intention in mind.
This week aims to help you discover what hinders the balance between different areas of your life and how to find harmony.

I will provide all necessary tools, and together we will learn how to identify and recognize emotions and non-verbal communication and master willpower by removing triggers.

Week 2

In the second week, we will work on your mental patterns, turning them from negative to positive and beneficial, we will examine your emotional state and its connection to the people and circumstances around you. You will learn to process your emotional memory through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and use the anchoring method to reinforce positive experiences.

Week 3

In the third week, you will learn how to develop a Growth Mindset and increase self-esteem, as well as learn practical skills that will help you silence the negative voice of your mind and control your inner dialogue, thus transforming your outer reality. Together we will also develop your ability to enjoy the present and practice mindfulness.

Week 4

The fourth week is where we will embark on the most important journey into your inner world, exploring your inner beliefs, which are responsible for your own behavior and feelings, and which are often hidden biases. We will reveal the hidden roots of your problems, the fears, and the triggers of your ego, and separate the psychological fears from the real ones.

Week 5

As a logical continuation of the previous week, this week, we will return to childhood. Your "inner child" is commonly characterized to be the sum of both the good and bad influences of your childhood. It is embedded in our subconscious in the form of fears, emotions, negative and positive feelings. You need to know and befriend your "Inner Child" to understand what your vulnerability is. 
Making mends with your inner child is an important prerequisite for establishing a healthy, happy, and unbiased relationship with the people around us.

Week 6

This will be our final week. During this week you will feel like a real director writing your own life script, making real changes that reflect your new story. Here you will move from paper to practical steps, overcoming indecision and fear of change and laying the foundation for your happy future.
